Keynote speaking
Future of Work Speaking & Facilitation
Work is changing fast. Let's talk about what happens next.
Where the talks come from
AI. Changing careers. New expectations of leadership. Generational shifts. Different definitions of ambition and success. There's no shortage of conversation about how work is changing. I'm more interested in what we do about it.
Alongside my work as a marketing and communications strategist, I'm co-founder and host of Work Is Weird Now, a podcast exploring the forces changing how, where and why we work. Across 60+ episodes and growing, we've spoken to founders, researchers, business leaders, technologists and people challenging some of our biggest assumptions about work.
I bring those conversations together with 18 years of experience working with businesses and leadership teams to create keynotes, panels and facilitated sessions that help audiences make sense of what's changing, and think differently about what comes next.

Speaking topics
My speaking sits at the intersection of work, leadership, communication and change, with sessions exploring topics including:
- The future of work
- AI and the changing shape of jobs
- Careers, ambition and changing definitions of success
- Trust and communication
- Personal brand and visibility
- Generational change
- Leadership through uncertainty
More than a keynote
Not every conversation needs a stage and a PowerPoint. I also host and moderate panels, facilitate leadership and team sessions, run workshops and support internal events exploring the future of work, communication and change.
Sessions can be built around an existing organisational challenge or use Work Is Weird Now research and provocations to get people talking about questions they might not otherwise ask.
