Never underestimate what can be achieved in an hour. 

When NCR Survey reached out for support and clarity on their marketing strategy, our Power Hour(s) session was exactly what they needed. 

Director Emma Perks described the session as ‘therapeutic’, providing clarity on what the NCR Survey brand stands for, exposing opportunities to refine the customer journey. 

How did we do it?

We spent an hour together virtually, digging deep into the business objectives, current marketing activity and aspirations. I encouraged Emma to talk to me like I knew nothing about NCR Survey. 

Following the call, I did further research into the business, its competitor landscape, and marketing channels, creating reflections on a page, and five actions that could be implemented immediately. 

We had a 45 minute follow up call to run through the findings, actions, and some bonus quick wins.
