Office of the future

Picture the scene, it’s June 2020, lockdown number one, the whole world is saying “The office is dead”. What should Peldon Rose, a high-end office design and build expert, say to its target audience?

This is not a work from home revolution. It’s an opportunity to reimagine the office of the future.

Everyone was working from home, but after a discovery session with the leadership team, it was clear that the belief in the office was present and belief a return to the workplace would happen and would be needed. Following this key message, we gathered thought leaders throughout the business to curate their predictions for what the future workplace could look like and what businesses of all sizes would need to do.

From here, we created a data-backed white paper, but not the traditional kind, one that leaned into the brand's design-led approach. Bright, compelling, and visual, executively summarised by an industry thought leader, and created a cross channel strategy to shake the narrative throughout the industry and wider media.

The results? A slot on Ian King’s Sky News show, talking about the future workplaces and what businesses need to do to support their employees through this period. Furthermore, a highly engaged content strategy leading to marketing qualified leads for the business development team. A tangible white (but not white) paper that the sales team were immensely proud of, and even secured direct mail opportunities.
